Javier Ayala brings 20 years of experience in leadership roles to Donnelley Civil. Previously the Sydney Metro and Illawarra/South Coast regional manager for Coates Hire, Australia’s largest equipment rental and services company, Javier’s local knowledge and integration of commercial outcomes with change and asset management are essential tools for the Donnelley Civil business.
Joining Donnelley Civil in 2016. Nickie is a highly valued member of the senior team. Leading the finance and support function, Nickie brings a critical skill set to the business, ensuring our day to day operations run efficiently and effectively. Nickie has over 15 years’ experience working in the industrial sector and qualifications that include a Master of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Science.

Chad brings over 20 years project management and senior leadership experience to Donnelley Civil. With an extensive background working with major industrial business, and qualifications in project management from Wollongong University. Chad brings a new perspective to the business and is a vital member of the senior team
Terry O’Keefe brings 40 years of civil industry experience to Donnelley Civil. Working across major infrastructure projects in both the private and public sectors, his experience as an estimator and past roles as General Manager and Construction Manager make Terry one of the most sought after estimators in the industry.

20 plus years of plant hire industry experience make James Quintal a perfect match for Donnelley Civil customers. Capable of identifying requirements and packaging solutions that will deliver results, James has seen earth moved, access provided and industry enabled all around NSW. A driven operator unable to compromise on results, James is a vital member of the team.
Industrial Services Manager / Project Supervisor
With over 30 year’s experience in the civil industry, Russell Picknell started as a leading hand with Donnelley Civil, working through the business to his current position. Russell is known for his religious attention to detail, and commitment to caring for the wellbeing of his team. Russell’s experience has seen him been involved in major demolition and civil construction works including BlueScope’s No 6 Blast Furnace, Lysaght Forklift runways, Holy Spirit College and Loftus TAFE
2018 CCF Project Supervisor of the Year, Adrian Bullman combines 15 years of steel industry experience with over 25 years in the civil industry.
With an unflinching dedication to safety and quality, Adrian’s hands-on approach to projects and coal-face experience and understanding of engineering, project management, design and Civil Construction on piling and structural engineering projects make him a valuable asset to our business.
