Project Administrator

Suit Civil Engineering Undergraduate / New Graduate

The Project Administrator will administer our civil and industrial projects in accordance with the Donnelley Civil standards around safety, quality customer service and the environment.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining all job files and project records including quotes, approvals, variations and progress reports using Workbench
  • Preparing month-end claims
  • Ensuring all required subcontractor documentation is sourced and updated as required
  • Preparation, submission and updating of ITPs and Quality Assurance Documentation

The role may also be required to assist the estimating team from time to time and this is potentially an excellent entry-level opportunity for your civil engineering career.

Selection Criteria

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • The ability to perform, maintain focus and meet deadlines in a dynamic and busy role
  • Sound written and spoken communication
  • Time management and the ability to keep on top of multiple concurrent tasks and projects.

Exposure to document control principles and an understanding of their criticality for HSEQ would be advantageous.
